Response time
Usually within a day. Sometimes two if the inbox is full. Never longer than a week. If you don't hear back, check your spam folder - replies come from a Proton Mail address, which some filters treat oddly. If it's been a week, send it again.
What not to send
No spam, no threats, no illegal material. No reply is owed to anyone who abuses the address. The right to stop responding if a conversation turns hostile is reserved.
