Privacy & Terms
The short version: we do not track you, we do not want your personal information, and we only ask for what we need to ship something to you. The longer version is below.
Privacy
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts and embeds no social media widgets. There is no tracking pixel on this page, no fingerprinting, and no behavioural profiling. The font is served by Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when the page loads; if you would rather avoid that, a content blocker will handle it.
Spark is a device you run on your own network. The device does its work locally and does not send your browsing data to us. We ship a device identity key generated on the hardware at manufacturing time; it is used to verify your own device to your own dashboard, and is not tied to your name, your address, or your payment.
We keep a short-lived server log when you contact us or place an order, purely so we can answer your question or ship your parcel. Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires and no longer. We do not sell data, because we do not have any to sell.
Terms
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date rather than applied silently.
- Content on this site is provided for information. Research is published in full for reference, not as a guarantee of any outcome.
- Spark observes and reports on network traffic. It does not block, filter or redirect traffic, and it is not a security product.
- Pre-orders are estimates. Shipping dates move, and we will tell you when they do rather than quietly missing them.
- You keep ownership of your data. We claim no rights over anything Spark observes on your network.
Orders and returns
Orders are paid for in Monero over its default protocols, so we cannot see, link or reverse a payment to a person. That is the point, and it also means we have no card details on file and no account password for you to lose.
Hardware can be returned within thirty days of delivery in resalable condition, for a full refund in the currency it was paid in. You cover the return shipping. Firmware installed on the device is not a blocker for a return, and reflashing is not required before sending it back.
