Payment
Payments leverage the cryptocurrency’s default privacy protocols, so everything is untraceable by design. A practical consequence: we cannot reverse a transaction, so please check the amount before sending.
Dates are estimates
Manufacturing can slip. If a month moves we will say so on the Spark page rather than quietly missing the date in an email.
Thirty-day returns
Send it back in resalable condition for a full refund in the currency it was paid in. You cover the return shipping, and firmware on the device is not a blocker.
Two-year warranty
Hardware faults are covered for two years from delivery. Email us first; we will usually replace rather than ask you to ship a working device back.
